AMC Posts Record $1.6B Quarterly Revenue and $321M Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026
AMC Entertainment reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026, with a 69.6% year-over-year surge in Adjusted EBITDA to $321.4 million on attendance of 71.29 million patrons. The gains were driven by operating leverage — operating expenses held flat despite a 13.5% attendance increase — alongside faster growth in food, beverage, and ancillary revenue compared to admissions. The company also refinanced or eliminated roughly $556 million in debt, pushing all maturities to 2029 or later, though a stockholders' deficit of $1.45 billion and a GAAP net loss remain.
